With MCMaster, you’re not just hiring roofers; you’re partnering with folks who know West Texas inside and out, who respect its traditions, and who are dedicated to serving its people with unwavering professionalism.
Matt Midgett
Hailing from Burkburnett, TX, Matt Midgett carries with him the values and grit that are characteristic of West Texans. The vast landscapes and tight-knit communities have shaped him, making him the dedicated and hardworking individual he is today.
Working at BNSF further honed his professional expertise and work ethic, but it’s his connection with the community that truly defines him. As an active member of the Petersburg Baptist Church, faith has always played a pivotal role in guiding his journey.
Life led him to Texas Tech, but fate had another plan. It was here that he met the love of his life, Bethany. Twelve years of marital bliss later, they have three wonderful children who fill their lives with joy and laughter. Cooper, the eldest at 8, has developed a penchant for baseball, archery, and golf, exhibiting talents that speak of a promising future. Six-year-old Cole, a first-grader, finds his world in the colorful blocks of Legos and the interactive realm of video games. And then there’s Chandler. Only four and in pre-k, but don’t be mistaken. She’s the real boss of the household, expressing her vibrant personality through dance and gymnastics.
Together, the Midgett family is a testament to the love, dedication, and values Matt brings to the MCMaster brand. In him, clients don’t just see a co-owner, but a fellow West Texan, dedicated to serving and ensuring the best for his community.
Casey Carson
From the rugged landscapes of Matador to the tight-knit community of Roaring Springs, Casey Carson carries the spirit of West Texas in his stride. Born and raised in Slaton, he’s always had deep roots in the area, which echo in every endeavor he undertakes.
Casey isn’t just a businessman; he’s a true West Texan community member. After dedicating 20 fulfilling years at BNSF, he continues to contribute to his community through various affiliations. A man of faith, Casey and his family find solace and strength at the New Home Baptist Church, which plays a significant role in their lives.
Family means everything to Casey. Married to the love of his life, Tricia, for 22 incredible years, they’ve raised three wonderful sons, each with their own passions and pursuits. Kyler, the eldest at 21, is harnessing his engineering talents at A&M University while taking any chance he gets to indulge in his love for fishing and wakeboarding. Kooper, 18, a proud student of New Home High School, wears many hats – from showing pigs through FFA to enjoying fishing, boating, and the thrill of the hunt. The youngest, Krue, is an energetic 10-year-old attending New Home Elementary. When he isn’t lighting up the football field, he’s learning the ropes of showing pigs, just like his elder brother.
The Carson family finds joy in the simple things: the great outdoors, spending cherished moments together, and making memories that last a lifetime. Casey’s commitment to his family and community doesn’t just reflect in his personal life but resonates deeply within the ethos of MCMaster. He’s not just fixing roofs; he’s building trust, one home at a time.
