Building Trust, One Roof at a Time
Matt Midgett & Casey Carson : West Texas Grit Meets Roofing Excellence
Founded by Matt Midgett and Casey Carson, it’s more than a business—it’s a handshake, a promise, and a job done right. We know the weather, the people, and the values that make this place home. With MCMaster, you’re not just hiring roofers—you’re working with folks who live, respect, and serve West Texas with pride.
Matt Midgett

Matt Midgett comes from Burkburnett, Texas, where folks know the value of a hard day’s work and looking out for your neighbor. That kind of upbringing sticks with a man, shaping the way he works, lives, and raises his family.
He spent time with BNSF, sharpening his skills and work ethic, but it’s not just the job that defines him—it’s the people. Matt’s always been about community, and his faith runs deep. You’ll find him and his family at Petersburg Baptist Church, where he’s rooted in something bigger than himself.
Texas Tech brought him to Lubbock, but it also brought him Bethany—the love of his life. Twelve years of marriage later, they’ve built a life full of love, laughter, and three incredible kids. Cooper, 8, is already making his mark with baseball, archery, and golf. Cole, 6, is a first-grader with a knack for Legos and video games. And then there’s Chandler—just 4, but already running the show with dance and gymnastics.
For Matt, family and community aren’t just priorities—they’re the foundation of everything he does. Whether he’s on a job site or just out and about, he’s the kind of guy you can count on. At MCMaster Roofing, he’s not just in the business of fixing roofs—he’s in the business of taking care of people, the West Texas way.
Casey Carson

Casey Carson’s got West Texas in his blood. Born and raised in Slaton, he’s spent his life rooted in the same small-town values that make this part of the world special—hard work, honesty, and looking out for your neighbors. From the open spaces of Matador to the close-knit streets of Roaring Springs, he’s walked them all, carrying that spirit wherever he goes.
He put in 20 solid years with BNSF, the kind of job that teaches you the value of grit and dependability. But at the end of the day, it’s not just about the work—it’s about the people. Casey’s always been community-minded, and his faith runs deep. He and his family find strength and purpose at New Home Baptist Church, where they’re firmly planted.
For Casey, family is everything. He and Tricia have been side by side for 22 years, raising three boys who each bring their own kind of energy to the mix. Kyler, 21, is off at A&M studying engineering, but give him a free weekend, and he’s out fishing or wakeboarding. Kooper, 18, keeps busy at New Home High, splitting time between FFA pig shows, hunting, and life on the water. And then there’s Krue—10 years old, full of fire, tearing up the football field and learning the ropes in the show ring, just like his big brother.
The Carsons live for the simple things—time together, fresh air, and making memories that stick. Casey brings that same mindset to MCMaster Roofing, where it’s never just about the roof—it’s about the people underneath it.
Brock Carson

Brock Carson hails from the heart of West Texas, where a handshake still means something, and neighbors look out for one another. That kind of upbringing shapes a man—instilling a work ethic built on honesty, grit, and doing right by people.
Brock’s spent years in sales and customer service, learning what it takes to meet folks where they are and provide real solutions. But it wasn’t just about selling—it was about building trust. That’s what led him to the roofing industry and, eventually, to MCMaster Roofing, where he’s found a team that shares his commitment to quality and taking care of people.
Outside of work, Brock’s world revolves around faith, family, and making the most of the West Texas outdoors. He and his wife, Hannah, have been married for a decade, raising two kids—Jackson, 7, and Ava, 5—who keep them on their toes with baseball games, school projects, and plenty of adventures. When they’re not chasing the next big activity, you’ll find the family at their home church, where Brock stays involved in whatever way he can.
For Brock, roofing isn’t just about shingles and nails—it’s about making sure people feel secure in their homes. Whether he’s on a job site or just lending a hand in the community, he’s the kind of guy you can count on to show up, do the job right, and leave things better than he found them.
